15qm großes, helles WG-Zimmer, die Wohnung hat außerdem ein Wohnzimmer und Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien, innenliegendes Bad mit Badewanne, es gibt einen Fahrtstuhl im Haus - kann beim Umzug sehr nützlich sein, Keller ist vorhanden und auch ein kleiner Innenhof um zumindest sein Fahrrad etc. abzustellen
Das Zimmer wäre ab den 01.05 frei, Datum des Einzugs wäre aber flexibel, einige Möbelstücke könnten nach Absprache vom Vormieter übernommen werden
Direkt auf der belebten Gottschedstraße, nur 5min bis zum Markplatz/Innenstadt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür, Ein Konsum/Aldi/Rewe und viele Ärzte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe
