Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und durch die großen Fenster und die Ausrichtung Richtung Süden super hell. Es gibt einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Schlafsofa, Bett, mehrere Spiegel, ein Sessel und eine Kommode. Das Zimmer hat außerdem einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon, der voller Blumen ist.
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Min von der S-Bahn Station Friedrichsberg entfernt. Von dort ist man mit der S1 in 13 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Decathlon, dm etc. )
Ich (Jule) mache eine längere Reise vermiete daher beide WG Zimmer (siehe die andere Anzeige). 😊 Aktuell plane ich noch die Reise, daher ist es noch nicht ganz klar, ob das Zimmer auch im Mai vermietet wird oder, ob das Zimmer nur bis Ende April vermietet wird.
Das andere, kleinere Zimmer (mit der lila Wand) wird auch für einen längeren Zeitraum vermietet.
