In unserer traumhaften Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Ottensen vermieten wir zwei helle, geräumige Zimmer (25 und 30 qm). Die Wohnung selbst umfasst 240 qm, mit zwei Bädern und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Direkt an der Elbe und nur einen Steinwurf entfernt vom Anleger Övelgönne, der z.B. eine direkte Fährverbindung zu Airbus bietet. Ottensen ist einer der beliebtesten Stadtteile Hamburgs – charmant, lebendig und geprägt von einer vielfältigen Kultur- und Gastronomieszene.
Der Mietpreis von 1.500 € warm für beide Zimmer umfasst alle Nebenkosten und Internet.
Die Zimmer sind vorerst bis Mitte Januar befristet, eine Verlängerung ist jedoch möglich. Auf Wunsch können die Zimmer auch teilweise möbliert bleiben.
Wir, eine Ärztin und ein Psychologe, freuen uns auf offene, freundliche Mitbewohner, die das besondere Flair unserer Wohnung und der Umgebung genauso zu schätzen wissen wie wir.

Spacious Rooms in an Exclusive Apartment by the Elbe for Rent
In our beautiful historic apartment in the heart of Ottensen, we are renting out two bright, spacious rooms (25 and 30 sqm). The apartment itself covers 240 sqm, featuring two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The location couldn't be better: right by the Elbe and just a stone’s throw from the Övelgönne pier, which offers a direct ferry connection to Airbus. Ottensen is one of Hamburg’s most popular districts – charming, vibrant, and known for its diverse cultural and dining scene.
The rent for both rooms is €1,500 warm, which includes all utilities and internet.
The rooms are available until mid-January, with the possibility of extension. Partial furnishing is also an option if desired.
We, a doctor and a psychologist, are looking for open, friendly flatmates who will appreciate the unique charm of our apartment and its surroundings as much as we do.
