I will be studying abroad from January to June 2025, and during this time, I’m subletting my room.
The room is cozy and located in a very convenient area with excellent access to public transport. A supermarket, shopping centers, sports facilities, and Wandsbek City Hall are all just a short distance away.
My flatmate and I take great pride in our apartment and are looking for someone responsible who will treat it with care, keep it clean, and make it feel like home. If you’re interested in subletting my room, we’d love to hear from you!

Room Size: 16 m2 - Fully furnished, just bring yourself and your clothes!

Flatmate: Only sharing with one flatmate.
so, if you are more of a relaxed person and interested in making the place clean, this will be a good match for you! My flatmate is friendly and easygoing; he is working full time, likes sports, and spending time together if we both have some free time.
This room is suitable for the short term, especially for students or newcomers in Hamburg who are looking for a longer-term room.
Disadvantages:
Cannot register to the town hall / anmeldung
Only from Jan - Jun 2025 no extension, only short term
Fully furnished, so if you'd like to decorate the room, this might not be a good match
I will be having some of my stuff left but don't worry, I will ensure lots of space for you! :)
