Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines renovierten Altbaus. Frei werden 2 Schlafzimmer (23 m²) jeder.
Die Zimmer sind möbliert:

Mitten in der Weststadt, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 5 Minuten am Bismarckplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Rewe oder Penny sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Obwohl die Wohnung in optimaler Lage ist, gibt es keinerlei Lärmprobleme - im Gegenteil, es ist vor allem in unserem Obergeschoss stets sehr ruhig.
Nati und Tobi machen Urlaub, deshalb sind wir auf der Suche nach 2 neuen Mitbewohner oder 2 neuen Mitbewohnerinnen.
Johanna wird eure neue Mitbewohnerin sein, sie ist Physiotherapeutin, nett und kurz hier umgezogen.
Zur Besichtigung könnt ihr in den nächsten Tagen gern bei uns vorbeikommen, meldet euch einfach, wir finden einen Termin. Wir freuen uns auf euch !
