The Apartment is just 4 minutes away from the trainstation, 6-8 minutes to grocery stores. Almost all you need is here! House doctors, Pharmacy and Bakery are also just walking distance from 1-3 minutes! :)

Die Wohnung ist nur 4 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, 6–8 Minuten zu den Lebensmittelgeschäften. Fast alles, was du brauchst, ist hier! Hausärzte, eine Apotheke und eine Bäckerei sind ebenfalls in nur 1–3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! :)
In this apartment, it’s just you and me! 😊 I really value my privacy, but of course, I’d love for us to get along well, too. Keeping the apartment and each room clean and tidy is very important to me.
I’m also an open person, so if there’s ever anything on your mind, we can always talk about it. Respect and harmony mean a lot to me, and I want this to be a comfortable space for both of us. 😊
