Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen und dein Zimmer wäre im Oberschoss (insgesamt 3. OG) der Wohnung. Zum Zimmer gehört auch eine Klimaanlage (Nutzung bereits in den Nebenkosten inkludiert). Außerdem ist bereits ein großes Bett und eine Kommode vorhanden, die übernommen werden könnte.
Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich unser gemeinsam genutzter Balkon (wir kümmern uns zur Zeit um Balkonmöbel) und ein offener Vorraum ca. 5qm, den du allein gestalten und nutzen kannst (z.B. als Arbeitsplatz).
Die Küche befindet sich im unteren Teil der Wohnung (2. OG) und ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, bietet allerdings noch Potenzial, um gemeinsam von uns etwas gemütlicher gestaltet zu werden.
Wir haben außerdem zwei Tageslichtbäder, sodass du dir das Bad mit zwei Leuten teilst.

The apartment has 2 floors and your room would be on the top floor (3rd floor in total) of the apartment. The room also has air conditioning (already included in the cost). In addition, there is already a large bed and a chest of drawers that could be taken over.
Next to the room is our shared balcony (we are currently taking care of balcony furniture) and an open anteroom of approx. 5 square meters, which you can use on your own (e.g. as a workplace).
The kitchen is located in the lower part of the apartment (2nd floor) and is generally well equipped, but still offers potential for us to make it a little more cozy together.
We also have two daylight bathrooms, so you share the bathroom with two people.
Die Wohnungs liegt sehr schön in Neuenheim. Zur Neckarwiese sind es ca. 250 Meter. Der Campus Neuenheimer Feld ist in 6 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen; die Altstadt erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad und die Haltestellen Jahnstraße und Brückenstraße sowie das Ortsteilzentrum Neuenheim sind ca. 9 Gehminuten entfernt. Man ist also trotz der ruhigen Lage super angebunden. Rewe und Lidl sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is very nicely located in Neuenheim. The Neckarwiese is about 250 meters away. The Neuenheimer campus can be reached in 6 minutes by bike; the old town can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and the Jahnstraße and Brückenstraße stops as well as the Neuenheim district center are about a 9-minute walk away. So despite the quiet location, you are very well connected. Rewe and Lidl are also within walking distance.
In unser WG werden ab August zwei Zimmer frei. Wir sind eine internationale WG bestehend aus einem Italiener, zwei Deutschen und einem Niederländer. Wir sprechen somit überwiegend Englisch in der WG. Da wir selbst erst seit wenigen Wochen in der Konstellation zusammen wohnen, gibt es noch viele Möglichkeiten das WG-Leben zu gestalten und uns ein wenig besser kennen zu lernen. Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall freuen, ab und zu etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen, vielleicht zusammen zu kochen oder abends gemeinsam Sport zu machen. Da wir eine recht große WG sind, wäre es schön, wenn jede*r seinen Teil dazu beiträgt, dass sich alle wohlfühlen und sich zur Wahrung einer gewissen Grundsauberkeit am Putzplan beteiligen. :D

Two rooms will be available in our shared flat from August. We are an international flat share consisting of an Italian, two Germans and a Dutchman. We therefore mainly speak English in the shared flat. As we have only been living together for a few weeks, there are still plenty of opportunities to get to know each other a little better. We would definitely be happy to do something together from time to time, maybe cook together or do sports together in the evenings. As we are quite a large flat share, it would be nice if everyone does their bit to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and helps with the cleaning schedule to maintain a certain level of cleanliness. :D
