Miete + Nebenkosten für den oben genannten Zeitraum summieren sich auf bis zu 612 € pro Monat. Das Apartment verfügt über ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine zusätzliche zweite Toilette. Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls enthalten. Wenn Sie ein Fahrrad mitbringen, gibt es auch einen Fahrradraum im Keller des Hauses sowie einen separaten Abstellraum. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich der Balkon mit seiner schönen Aussicht.
We are looking for a subtenant from 1st March 2025 to 15th April 2025. The room is nice, bright, and fully furnished. Rent + utilities for the above mentioned time period add up to €612 per month. The apartment includes a fully equipped bathroom with shower and tub and an additional second toilet. Amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine are also included. If you bring a bike, there is also a bike room in the basement of the house as well as a separate storage room. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the balcony with its beautiful view.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist fußläufig von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der S-Bahn-Station Kirchheim/Rohrbach und der Linie 23/24. Gleich gegenüber von der Wohnung liegt außerdem das Hallenbad Hasenleiser, für alle die gern schwimmen.
The location of the apartment is within walking distance of shopping facilities as well as the S-Bahn station Kirchheim/Rohrbach and tram line 23/24. Just across from the apartment is also the indoor swimming pool Hasenleiser, for those who like to swim.
Wir leben nicht aneinander vorbei, sondern miteinander - das bedeutet, dass wir uns abends gerne in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon treffen, gemeinsam kochen und über unsere getrennten Tage sprechen. Natürlich respektieren wir auch, wenn jemand einen ruhigen Abend braucht und die Zimmertür hinter ihm schließt.
