Also the Ziegelhausen district is nice and beautiful and most importantly is the water quality. Except for Ziegelhausen and (some parts of) Neuenheim other districts has a low quality water tap (hard water) with high density of dissolved solid. In those areas when the water is boiled or evaporated it leaves a white trace and therefore you would probably need a filter.

There are also 2 sport centers nearby (one in a 5 min walking distance called Steinbachhalle and the other 5 min with bus 36 called Kopfelhalle) both offering wide ranges of sports for free (except for the swimming pool in kopfelhalle which is still cheap and very nice).
