A fully furnished apartment in the beutiful area of Ziegelhausen is available from 8th February 2025 until 1 March 2025
-around 60m² with 3 rooms (1 living room plus 2 sleeping room) + kitchen + bathroom
-Rent: a room can be rented for €450 or entire apartment for 900€
Bus 33,34, and 37 are reachable in 1-2min walking distance
Heidelberg castle and funicular are directly reachable in 15-20 minutes with bus 33
Oldtown (altstadt) is reachable in 15-20 minutes with bus 33
Central train station (Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof) is reachable in 30-35 minutes with bus 34

for students of Heidelberg university: all campuses are reachable with one bus.
Also the Ziegelhausen district is nice and beautiful and most importantly is the water quality. Except for Ziegelhausen and (some parts of) Neuenheim other districts has a low quality water tap (hard water) with high density of dissolved solid. In those areas when the water is boiled or evaporated it leaves a white trace and therefore you would probably need a filter.
There are also 2 sport centers nearby (one in a 5 min walking distance called Steinbachhalle and the other 5 min with bus 36 called Kopfelhalle) both offering wide ranges of sports for free (except for the swimming pool in kopfelhalle which is still cheap and very nice).
