Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines renovierten Hauses in der Plöck, Altstadt. Dein Zimmer geht auf die Seite zum Innenhof raus, hat ca 20 Quadratmeter. Da in der Wohnung früher ein Laden war sind die dafür typischen großen Fenster nebst großer Fensterbretter noch vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend hell, man fühlt sich total wohl. Es wird möbiliert vermietet.

Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: im Herzen der Altstadt. Zur Unibib sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, 7 Minuten in die Kneipenstraße „Untere“, Bushaltestellen Peterskirche, Friedrich Ebert Platz, Stadthalle ca 5-10 Minuten, Tegut, Penny, Rewe, Markt 5-10 Minuten. Italienische Cafébar, Döner, Inder, Copyshop,…in direkter Nachbarschaft.

Kurz zu mir: Ich heiße Emilia, bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere jetzt im fünften Semester Jura. Für vier Wochen im Februar/März 2025 bin ich für ein Praktikum in Hamburg und werde mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Annika sein! Sie ist total lieb und offenherzig, man kann super mit ihr quatschen und sich trotzdem auch mal zurückziehen falls nötig :)
