The flat has capacity of 5 people. Now every room has one person, that makes four people in total.
Therefore one more person can stay in the small living room near the room 3. (check the images for details.)

Ancillary costs = internet + electricity+ heating, 65 euros per person per month. If you use less, you will get refund.

Ideally I prefer two friends in the room 3 and room 3 passage renting together.

The contract transfer to the replacement renter will cost you 150 EUR.)
