one/two persons: Room 3 + Room 3 passage: 550 EUR + ancillary costs
Ancillary costs = internet + electricity+ heating, 65 euros per person per month. If you use less, you will get refund.
Ideally I prefer two friends in the room 3 and room 3 passage renting together.

Therefore the rent will be much cheaper, 250 EUR per month + ancillary costs.
Ancillary costs has internet + heating + electricity, about 65 EUR per month.
(Minimum contract period is one year, so six months contract is not possible, sorry.
In worst case scenario, if you want to leave anytime then you need to find a replacement renter.
The contract transfer to the replacement renter will cost you 150 EUR.)
