There are several bars and restaurants in the area, and the city centre of Markplatz or European Square are 10-15 minutes walk away.
There are 4 tram stops that can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. One of them is a U-Bahn station right next to the apartment, which allows various routes (folk / state theatre, Werderstraße, Congress Centre U, Augartenstraße).
The city centre is within 10 minutes' walk.
The main station is about 6-10 minutes' walk away.

Das Zimmer ist mit allen notwendigen Möbeln ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Putzen braucht. Die Kleidungsstücke und persönlichen Gegenstände auf den Bildern gehören dem jetzigen Mieter, die beim Einzug natürlich nicht mehr vorhanden sein werden.
