Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, groß und hell. Es ist 18 Quadratmeter groß und bereits möbliert. Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Kleiderständer, einen Schreibtisch und zwei Stühle. (Da diese Dinge neu sind, bitte ich um einen kleinen Beitrag von 150€). Aus dem Fenster blickt man auf einen schönen Garten.
Das Haus ist gemütlich und hell. Die Küche ist modern und hat alles, was man braucht (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
The room is very comfortable, large and bright. It is 18 square metres and already furnished. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, a desk and two chairs. (As these things are new, I ask for a small contribution of 150€). The window looks out onto a beautiful garden.
The house is cosy and bright. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need (oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Es liegt fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 18 entfernt, mit der man in 15 Minuten das Zentrum oder die Universität erreichen kann. Die Gegend ist ruhig, in der Nähe des Zoos und des botanischen Gartens. Es ist sehr grün, entspannend und gut mit anderen Teilen der Stadt verbunden.
The location of the flat is very convenient. It is a five-minute walk from the tram stop 18, with which you can get to the centre or to the university in 15 minutes. The area is quiet, close to the Zoo and the botanical garden. It is very green, relaxing and well connected to other parts of the city.
Im Haus wirst du mit zwei anderen internationalen Mädchen (Aurela und Ines) zusammenleben. Im Haus wird Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen. Beide Mädchen arbeiten tagsüber. Unser Haus ist gemütlich. Das Leben in der WG ist eine gute Balance zwischen dem Zusammenleben mit den Mitbewohnern und der Wahrung des Privatlebens.
In the house you will live with two other international girls (Aurela and Ines). German and English are spoken in the house. Both girls work during the day. Our house is cosy. Life in the WG is a good balance between living together with housemates and respecting your private life.
