Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 12qm groß. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern und einer Küche und natürlich einem Bad.
Die Wohnung ist 5min vom Chlodwigplatz entfernt und sehr nah am Volksgarten. Außerdem fährt 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt die Buslinie 142, welche bis zur Uni Köln fährt.
Die Uni ist auch mit den Fahrrad schnell erreichbar.
Ich muss leider aus meiner Wg ausziehen. Du würdest zusammen mit meinem tollen Motbewohner Paul leben. Er ist 22 und studiert an der Uni Köln. Wir haben aufjedenfall nicht in einer Zweck WG gelebt und oft zusammen in der Küche einen Kaffee getrunken, was er sich auch wieder wünscht.
Er ist sehr Mode und Musik begeistert (TBK, Souly etc).
Die Wohnung ist erstmal bis April befristet aber der Mietvertrag wird wahrscheinlich um 1 Jahr verlängert. Das klärt sich in den nächsten Tagen.
