Hey :)
Dein Zimmer hat mit 12qm eher eine kleinere Größe. Das Zimmer kann möbiliert oder unmöbiliert gemietet werden. Da bin ich ziemlich flexibel, ich würde das Zimmer vorher dann so einrichten wie es gebraucht wird. Aktuell wohne ich mit meiner besten Freundinin der Wohnung, diese zieht leider zurück in die Heimat :(
Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem mein Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt und auch im Tageslicht-Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Your room being only 12qm is more like a smaller size. You can rent the room fully furnished or without any furniture. Just lmk what you need and i will make sure to get everything prepared the way its needed.
Atm i live in the apartment with my best friend who’s moving back to her home town :(. The apartment has another bedroom with a balcony thats my room. Besides those two bedrooms theres a kitchen with seating area and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Köln Buchforst, zwischen Deutz und Mülheim. Buchforst ist eher ein ruhigeres und nicht so trubeliges Veedel. Durch die Anbindung der Linie 3 und der S-Bahn ist man dennoch super schnell in der Innenstadt.
Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Lidl, Rewe, Post, Apotheken und Fitnessstudio sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem sind es nur ca 20 minuten fußweg bis zum Rhein in Mülheim.
The apartment is located in Köln Buchforst. Its between Deutz and Mülheim. Buchforst is more like a quite place to live but still within easy and fast access to the city center. The tram number 3 and trains are getting you everywhere you need to go. Even in the neighborhood theres everything you need on a normal every day. Grocery stores, post office, pharmacys and two gyms are close by too. In case you like going for longer walks the Rhein in Mülheim is only 20 minutes by foot!
Du wirst mit mir (Jule) zusammen leben. Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, Sozialarbeiterin und wohne mittlerweile seit 5 Jahren in Köln. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne ins fitnessstudio auch gerne in Begleitung :) im Sommer habe ich joggen für mich entdeckt und bin fleißig am trainieren… ich backe und koche gerne (vegan). Ich freue mich schon sehr auf die Sommermonate in denen man wieder mehr Zeit draußen verbringen kann. Ich gehe gerne in Cafes, auf Flohmärkte, Demos, Konzerte und bin gerne mit meinen Freunden unterwegs. Ich bin ein sehr offener, ehrlicher und kommunikativer Mensch. Ich lehne jegliche Arten von Diskriminierungen ab und wünsche mir ein respektvolles und offenes Miteinander. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn hieraus keine zweck-wg entsteht sondern man auch gemeinsam eine schöne Zeit haben kann.
You are going to live with me (Jule). I am a 26 year old social worker and have been living in cologne for about 5 years now. When i am not at work i like to go to the gym (would love a gym buddy too). I love baking and cooking (i am vegan). I cant wait for summer to actually be able to spend more time outside again. I like to go to Cafés, flea markets, demonstrations, concerts and in general just spending time with my friends. I am a very open minded, honest, outgoing and communicative person. I am against any kind of discrimination. I would like to be this more of a friendship kinda Situation and not just two strangers living together. .
Das Zimmer kann auch befristet vermiete werden. Mehr Fotos lade ich in den nächsten Tagen noch hoch. Eine vegane/vegetarische Ernährungsweise wird bevorzugt!
