Dein Zimmer hat mit 12qm eher eine kleinere Größe. Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermietet, da ich ab Mitte März bis (voraussichtlich) Ende Juli in Spanien bin.
Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem Malous Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt und auch im Tageslicht-Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

The apartment has another bedroom with a balcony thats Malou‘s room. Besides those two bedrooms theres a kitchen with seating area and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Köln Buchforst, zwischen Deutz und Mülheim. Buchforst ist eher ein ruhigeres und nicht so trubeliges Veedel. Durch die Anbindung der Linie 3 und der S-Bahn ist man dennoch super schnell in der Innenstadt.
Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Lidl, Rewe, Post, Apotheken und Fitnessstudio sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem sind es nur ca 20 minuten fußweg bis zum Rhein in Mülheim.
The apartment is located in Köln Buchforst. Its between Deutz and Mülheim. Buchforst is more like a quite place to live but still within easy and fast access to the city center. The tram number 3 and trains are getting you everywhere you need to go. Even in the neighborhood theres everything you need on a normal every day. Grocery stores, post office, pharmacys and two gyms are close by too. In case you like going for longer walks the Rhein in Mülheim is only 20 minutes by foot!
Jule (26) und Malou (21) wohnen aktuell hier in der Wohnung. Wobei Malou selbst erst ganz frisch im März einziehen wird. Jule geht für paar Monate nach Spanien deshalb wird ihr Zimmer frei. Jule wünscht sich jemanden der ordentlich und respektvoll mit ihrem Zimmer umgeht.
Über Malou:
Ich studiere Sozialwissenschaften und arbeite im Kino. Ansonsten interessiere ich mich für Fotografie und Kunst, gehe gerne in Museen, Cafes oder auf Flohmärkte und lasse mich generell für vieles begeistern. Das wärmere Frühlingswetter möchte ich auch nutzen, um ab und zu wieder Basketball zu spielen!
Ich habe Lust auf ein freundschaftliches Zusammenwohnen, bei dem man sich in der Küche trifft und quatscht und nicht an einander vorbei lebt. Eine gewisse Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen wäre mir dabei wichtig.
Eine vegane/vegetarische Ernährungsweise wird bevorzugt! 400€ all inclusive
Zimmer kann vielleicht auch länger gemietet werden.
