Neubau, 4. OG Stockwerk, ohne Lift, aber direkt am Zülpicher Platz, mit 0 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle und vielen guten Bars und Läden in der Straße.

Wir suchen jemanden, der verantwortungsbewusst, sauber und kommunikativ ist. Wir erwarten eine ruhige WG, was aber nicht heißt, dass wir nicht auch mal eine Party feiern. Da es sich um eine internationale WG handelt, möchten wir, dass unser neuer Mitbewohner in der Lage ist, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen.
Das Haus hat einen kleinen Innenhof für Fahrräder. Die WG hat einen Kellerraum als Lagerplatz.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, folgende Möbel müssen jedoch zum Preis von 300 € gekauft werden;
- Matratze mit Lattenrost
- kleiner Kühlschrank
- weitere Möble für die Grundausstattung von Wohnraum.
