Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Sideboard). Wir haben uns außerdem eine neue Waschmaschine gegönnt, sodass wir insg. einen Abschlag von ca. 500 € einplanen. Mietkosten inkl. sämtlicher Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Gas, GEZ) sind in den 339€ enthalten.
Dein Einzug wäre nach Absprache ggf. auch schon mitte Mai möglich.

Das passiert meist eher spontan und mit den Leuten, die gerade Zeit und Lust haben – niemand muss, aber man kann. Jeder hat hier seinen eigenen Rhythmus, was auch vollkommen okay ist.
Gerade ist ein bisschen Umbruchszeit in der WG – einige schauen sich nach neuen Wohnungen um, sodass sich hier in nächster Zeit vermutlich noch etwas verändern wird. Vielleicht genau der richtige Moment, um etwas Neues mitzugestalten. ;-)
