Das Zimmer ist das größte in der WG und verfügt außerdem über einen Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Restaurant, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu genüge vorhanden und in Laufreichweite.

Ich habe ab dem 01.03. eine Wohnung und suche bis dahin Mitbewohner um die Wohnung halten zu können, da meine jetzigen Bewohner zum 1.11. ausziehen. Die WG sollte idealerweise danach übernommen werden. Ideal also wenn ihr bspw. Freunde dazu holen wollt.

Da die Wohnung insgesamt sehr groß und modern ist und über ein großes Bad, eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer verfügt ergibt sich der Preis. Solltet ihr Fragen dazu haben, meldet euch gerne.

Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über eine vollausgestattet Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Ofen und Microwelle, sowie einer Waschmaschine die ohne Abschlag übernommen werden.

Bitte meldet euch nur wenn der 1.11. und der Preis für euch passt. Solltet ihr sonst irgendwelche Fragen haben, kommt gerne auf mich zu. :)
