Das Zimmer umfasst rund 20 m² inklusive einer kleinen Abstellkammer, die zuletzt als "begehbarer" Kleiderschrank genutzt wurde. Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof gelegen und dementsprechend ruhig. Im Zimmer verbleiben keine Möbel, sodass dementsprechend auch kein Abschlag anfällt.

Die WG liegt in der Kyffhäuserstr. in belebter Umgebung. 2 Minuten Gehweg zum Zülpicher Platz und Barbarossaplatz.

Wir kennen uns schon seit mehreren Jahren und sind gut befreundet. Würden uns freuen, wenn man auch hier und da mal ein Bierchen trinken geht, was spielt oder ähnliches. Ansonsten ist das Zusammenleben sehr entspannt. Wir sind beide berufstätig und dementsprechend im besten Falle auf der Suche nach jemandem, der einen ähnlichen Rhythmus hat.

- Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. In den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Dementsprechend ist ein Abschlag von ca. 550 Euro zu zahlen (für Küche, WG-Möbel etc.)
