Gesucht wird ein/e nette/r Mitbewohner/in für unsere schöne 3 Personen WG in Alt-Lindenau.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, das Zimmer schaut auf den ruhigen HInterhof hinaus. Du würdest ganz in der Nähe des schönen Auenwalds wohnen und kannst die sweete Westmischung aus regem Kulturleben und Naturgenuss erleben.
Im Haus gibt es ein eigenes Kellerabteil, sowie etwas allgemein verfügbaren Platz für Fahrräder im Keller. Die Küche ist mit einem Ceran-Kochfeld und einem Backofen ausgestattet. Spülmaschine gibt’s keine, dafür Waschmaschine in der Küche. Schmuckstück ist natürlich der Balkon, der ist gerade wieder im Dornröschenschlaf und hat sich, seit das Foto aufgenommen wurde auch etwas gewandelt. Z.B. haben wir die Trennwand herausgenommen und können jetzt mit der Nachbar-WG besser quatschen.

We are searching for a friendly flatmate for our 3 person shared flat.
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor, the room looks out onto the quiet backyard. You would be living very close to the beautiful Auenwald forest and can experience the sweet western mix of lively cultural life and enjoyment of nature.
The house has its own cellar compartment, as well as some generally available space for bicycles in the cellar. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and an oven. There is no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine in the kitchen. The jewel in the crown is, of course, the balcony, that has changed a bit since the photo was taken. For example, we've removed the partition wall and can now chat better with the neighboring flat share.
The room will not be furnished.

Das Zimmer ist in Altlindenau, nah an der Georg-Schwarz-Straße, nah am Auwald, und auch in andere Teile der Stadt ist es mit dem Fahrrad oder den Öffis nicht weit. Die Wohnung selbst hat einen schönen Hinterhof und vor der Wohnung ist ein Platz, auf dem es einem Tischtennisplatte gibt. Ein Lidl ist gleich um die Ecke, zum Lindenauer Markt ist es aber auch nicht weit. Seit neuestem wohnen wir sogar zwischen gleich 2 Boulderhallen, nicht weiter als 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.

The room is in Altlindenau, close to Georg-Schwarz-Straße, close to the Auwald forest, and it's also not far to other parts of the city by bike or public transport. The apartment itself has a nice backyard and in front of the apartment is a square with a table tennis table. A Lidl supermarket is just around the corner, and it's not far to Lindenauer Markt either. Recently, we even live between two bouldering halls, no more than 10 minutes away by bike.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Paula und Julia, allerdings ist Julia auf unbestimmte Zeit in der Heimat, weshalb eine Zwischenmieterin hier einzieht.
Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt, man trifft sich gerne in der Küche zum quatschen und es wird auch mal gemeinsam gekocht, ist aber kein Muss. Wir sind eine sehr musikalische WG, weshalb gemeinsames musizieren eine schöne WG-Aktivität ist, genauso wie Spieleabende und Tischtennismatches im kleinen, gegenüberliegenden Park.
Ernährt wird sich vegetarisch, weshalb es cool wäre, wenn du dich auch hauptsächlich vegetarisch ernährst. :)
Your roommates would be Paula and Julia, but Julia is at home for an indefinite period of time, which is why someone is moving in as a temporary tenant.
Living together is very relaxed, we like to meet in the kitchen to chat and we sometimes cook together, but it's not a must. We are a very musical WG, which is why making music together is a nice WG activity, as are game nights and table tennis matches in the small park opposite.
The diet is vegetarian, which is why it would be cool if you also eat mainly vegetarian. :)
