Das Besondere an diesem Zimmer: Es gehört zum Studentenwerk. Das bedeutet, wenn du dich offiziell in dieser Stadt anmelden möchtest (Anmeldung), musst du ein paar Voraussetzungen vom Vermieter (Studentenwerk) erfüllen:
✅ Du musst offiziell als Studentin eingeschrieben sein
✅ Du darfst noch nie in einem Studentenwerk-Wohnheim gewohnt haben
✅ Du musst weiblich sein (sorry, ich mache die Regeln nicht 🤷♀️)

I'm looking for a new tenant for my room in a student dorm with one roommate. Btw, the roomie is super nice! 😊 I'm moving out because I found a new place.
The tricky part about this apartment is that it's managed by Studentenwerk. So, if you’d like to be officially registered in this city (Anmeldung), you need to meet a few requirements set by the landlord (Studentenwerk):
✅ You must be officially enrolled as a student
✅ You must have never lived in a Studentenwerk dorm before
✅ You must be female (sry, I don’t make the rules 🤷♀️)
💡 If you don’t meet all the requirements but are still interested, feel free to text me! Maybe we can find a way to make it work. 😊
