The move-in date are flexible! The room is free from now and we need our new flatmate to move in max. early September :)
This freshly renovated room is 20sqm big, quite bright and the walls isolate quite well the noise and when the window is closed you don't hear anything from outside anymore!
The room has a bed, a shelf and a desk that can be sold for 35€ everything. If you don't need them, you can also move in with your own furniture and the rest will be sold on ebay kleinenzeigen!
The location of the apartment is really great!
We are near the city center and below the famous Eisenbahnstraße!
We have :

We are Eva (27) and Brescia (20).
Brescia comes from Peru. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and German B1.
Eva speaks French and English fluently, Spanish level A2/B1, German level A1.
Brescia is new in the WG, she moved in mid-July and already liked it a lot. She is super smiling, very kind and respectful.
Brescia is studying physics in English and will start her 3rd year in October. She's at the moment back to Peru and will come back beginning of October when her semester starts. And when she comes back, she's gonna be accompanied by her small dog (see pictures) which seems to be adorable!! So I hope you'll be fine with the dog :)
Eva is doing a PhD in Neurosciences in a lab of the Uniklinik. She's mostly working at the lab but can sometimes have some days where she sitting at home to do some analysis. She's an easy going person and adopt a positive attitude towards life! Eva likes spending sometime by herself after a long day of work, but no worries, when the weekend comes then she will be super happy to spend time with you and takes you out! She's also trying hard to get a sportive routine, not always working but she's your woman if you want a sportive partner! She will be also super happy to have a Germans speaking flatmate to improve her German skills!
Otherwise, we have tons of board games and video games at home, we also both crochet and Eva starting embroidery recently, we also like watching the TV together, or just share a dinner. Eva is vegetarian and Brescia eats meat and makes delicious Peruvian dishes!
We want to draw your attention on our sense of cleanliness. Here the apartment is always clean and tidy. This means that having dishes hanging around of dirts on the kitchen workplan is not an option. We don't have a cleaning schedule but we might start having one when you will move in. This is really important to us, because we're both working and coming back from a long day into a clean apartment is a great feeling we would like to keep !
We are perfectly aware that the price is high but it's definitely worth it!
The apartment was entirely renovated last october :
Kitchen : New equipements, dish washer, oven, microwave, induction hobs, hood...
Bathroom : Washing machine, drying machine, shower, bath...
Corridor : 2 bigs shelves and a lot of space to be used to put whatever we want...
Living room : 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, Wii, Switch, dinner table and lots of plants!
Balcony : Corner sofa (pictures not up to date), barbecue, table, chairs and lots of plants as well
