It has 2 big windows for all the Vitamin D deficient or sun addicted people.
And even if you would melt outside like ice cream on a hot stone
the room will always be chilly enough to smoothly hang out.
It is 5 minutes to the park, 1 minute to the bars and ten seconds
to the nearest späti(where you can buy drinks and accessoires until around 2 am)
Also in 15 minutes footreach of some awesome techno or downtown clubs.
You roomate will be susi a polish female version of Hankmoody.
With all the swearing and chaos .
But you will love her like your first born.
Except even more, cause you will only know what boredom is after you left.
She has 2 lovely cats who never get enough of cuddling.
