The total cost of the apartment is € 814.87 including everything (except electricity). The costs are split between 3 people. Electricity costs about € 27 per person.
Living here is really optimal. There are many shops nearby (Rewe, ALDI, Netto, LIDL, etc.), all of which are easily accessible on foot. The train is also just 2 minutes away on foot.
