WG-refoundation:) Sweete 3er WG in the East WG-Neugründung:) Sweete 3er WG im Osten

The apartment is located directly on the busy railway road, with super sweet cafes and shops. Here's always super lot to go:) You don't get so much from the hustle and bustle because the apartment is on the fourth floor. In addition, kitchen and balcony go out to the backyard and offer the possibility of rest.
Directly in front of the front door is a tram stop with which the center can be reached in a few minutes :)

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der belebten Eisenbahnstraße, mit super süßen Cafés und Läden. Hier ist immer super viel los :) Von dem Trubel bekommt man aber gar nicht so viel mit, weil die Wohnung im vierten Stock liegt. Außerdem gehen Küche und Balkon zum Hinterhof raus und bieten damit die Möglichkeit von Ruhe.
Direkt vor der Haustür liegt eine Tramhaltestelle, mit der das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden kann :)

We are Hannah (they/her) and Clara(they/her) and want to establish a new wg. As a result, there is no fixed WG everyday and we definitely need to find out how it best suits us.
Just as there is no one-grooved everyday life, we do not have so many furniture for the kitchen etc. That's why we're looking forward to a person who's got Bock to work around. But all budget friendly hihi :)
In coexistence, it is important to us to divide all the tasks that are so accustomed. We can first imagine a cleaning plan, but we can just look together. We can also imagine sharing our foods, but would also just look here how it works!
It is important to us not to be a purpose-WG and we want a WG in which everyone feels comfortable. We can also imagine (solid) common WG evenings.

Hannah (they): I am 22 years old and I am studying political science in the 4th semester. I like: crosswords, cats and sweet evenings with friends:)
If I'm just procrastinating the uni, I'd like to move around with my friends, go dancing and go on forest walks and make politics krams. Otherwise I often find myself on the lake and on flea markets in summer.

Clara (sie/her): I am 20 years old, I am doing my FSJ in the preservation of monuments and I want to start studying architecture for the winter semester. In my spare time I like to go with friends, go dancing, bouldering or cycling. I also like to work creatively and deal with political issues. Things I like otherwise: sun, good books, a day at sea, club mate, vanilla scented candle of Ikea and student food.

Wir sind Hannah (sie/ihr) und Clara(sie/ihr) und wollen eine neue wg gründen. Dadurch gibt es noch keinen festen WG Alltag und wir müssen bei vielen Dingen bestimmt noch rausfinden, wie es für uns am besten passt.
Genauso wie es noch keinen eingegroovten Alltag gibt, haben wir auch noch nicht so viele Möbel für die Küche ect. Deswegen freuen wir uns über eine Person, die Bock hat mitzugestalten und vllt auch rumzuwerkeln. Aber alles Budget friendly hihi :)
Im Zusammenleben ist es uns wichtig alle Aufgabe, die so anfallen gerecht aufzuteilen. Wir können uns erstmal einen Putzplan vorstellen, da können wir aber einfach zusammen schauen. Wir können uns auch gut vorstellen unsere Lebensmittel zu teilen, aber würden auch hier einfach schauen wie das klappt!
Wichtig ist es uns keine Zweck-WG zu sein und wir wünschen uns eine WG in der sich alle wohlfühlen. Wir können uns auch (feste) gemeinsame WG-Abende gut vorstellen.

Hannah (sie/ihr): ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere jetzt im 4. Semester Politikwissenschaften. Ich mag: Kreuzworträtsel, Katzen und sweete Abende mit friends:)
Wenn ich grade die uni prokrastiniere, dann umgebe ich mich am liebsten mit meinen freund*innen, gehe gerne tanzen und auf waldspaziergänge und mach politik krams. Sonst findet man mich im Sommer oft am See und auf Flohmärkten.

Clara (sie/ihr): ich bin 20 Jahre alt, mache gerade mein FSJ in der Denkmalpflege und möchte zum Wintersemester anfangen Architektur zu studieren. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne mit FreundInnen unterwegs, gehe tanzen, bouldern oder Fahrrad fahren. Außerdem mache ich gerne kreativ arbeiten und setze mich mit politischen Themen auseinander. Dinge die ich sonst mag: Sonne, gute Bücher, ein Tag am See, Club Mate, Vanille Duftkerze von Ikea und Studentenfutter.

We prefer a FLINTA* person, but are also open to other people as long as it fits well.

Wir suchen bevorzugt eine FLINTA* Person, aber sind auch für andere Menschen offen, solange es gut passt.

Wichtig: Zur Warmmiete kommen noch kleine Ausgaben wie Internet dazu, da wir noch keinen vertrag geschlossen haben, können wir dazu noch nichts sagen.
