The room is 17 square meters. It has good dimensions allowing for spacious feeling. It also has a high sealing. The room is beautifully designed. It is equipped with a loft bed, dresser, work table with work chair and reading comfort chair, a soft and stylish carpet, book shelf and floor lamp. The window has a nice view towards the Main Street of Carl-Benz street. You can see a lot of trees and it has a very spacious view. No buildings blocking the view. The apartment is also equipped with warm temperature remote controlled sealing light with dim light for sleeping with timer.

Beside the your own room, there will also be a living room for common use (work / study during the day quite time) social and hosting in the after working hours. The living room has a beautiful furniture with some antique appearance with a nice sofa set, Tv table, book shelf and has a small balcony. More plants will be added to the living room soon. The TV also has all subscriptions.

Next to the living room is Sam's room.
The Kitchen is well equipped, spacious, beautiful view large window. Beside the kitchen there is a small storage room where food and other items are kept. The apartment is also equipped with steam washing machine and dryer. No hanging wet clothes is required.

The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Neckerstadt-Ost. Many cute cafes and restaurants are with in walking distance. Many stores like Rewe, Netto, Edeka, and are few minutes walk or less on a bike. The area has old beautiful and well preserved old buildings as you will be living in one of them. The streets are clean and quiet. The apartment is only 10 minutes away from the city center and 15 to the university by tram or bicycle.

I am with Sam, 37 years old and have been living in Germany for few years. I finished my masters in Berlin few years ago and moved to Mannheim for work. I work for an international humanitarian organization. I do home office 3 weeks and spend one week in Berlin. My German is limited right now but it is progressing. However I am fluent in English. I am easy going, friendly and easy to talk to person. I like doing sports like cycling, playing ultimate frisbee, or riding my motorbike. I am also a photographer. I am very social and expect to have friends visiting often. I am looking for a community minded person, who is have interest in sharing some life together while keeping good independance.
I am Christian, who enjoys going to church, Christian fellowship, hosting movie nights and games evenings.

We are looking for someone who is also an active Christian with Christian values. It is nice having a flatmate who enjoys listening to Worship music, reading the bible together, hosting smallgroups, etc.
