Helles, geräumiges Zimmer in einem Haus mit mehreren WGs (Neubau von Ende 2019). Komplett Laminatboden und 6 Steckdosen im ganzen Zimmer verteilt. Eigener Balkon (ca 3,5qm) sowie eigenes Bad (ca 3qm, gefliest) mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche.
Balkon zeigt zur Ostseite und dem Sonnenaufgang, also perfekt fürs morgendliche Frühstück :)
Küche und Abstellraum (mit eigenem Regal für jede Mitbewohnerin) werden geteilt genutzt und bilden das Herz der Wohnung. Küche beinhaltet Kühlschrank, kleines Gefrierfach, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung, die für jedes Zimmer individuell eingestellt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und hat einen Aufzug. Die Flure sind sehr geräumig. Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung sind im Erdgeschoss vorhanden (App gesteuert). Tiefgaragenstellplätze für ein Auto können bei Bedarf gemietet werden.
Die Nebenkosten werden monatlich pauschal mit 105 Euro pro Nase berechnet. Die Kosten werden für jede Person individuell berechnet am Ende des Jahres, eine Erstattung oder Nachzahlung erfolgt dementsprechend auch individuell. Man zahlt also nichts extra, nur weil jemand eine Stunde lang in der heißen Dusche steht ;)
