Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 75m², dein Zimmer zur alleinigen Nutzung 16. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hell. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat noch eine schöne Holzbar mit Hockern zum Essen.
Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und eine Waschmaschine.
Des weiteren gibt es einen großen Südbalkon mit Tischgarnitur.
Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Regal, Schrank und Bett. Das Fenster zeigt Richtung Osten und ist mit einem Verdunklungsvorhang ausgestattet sodass man auch morgens noch gut schlafen kann.

Wenn man nicht nach München fahren will, hat Markt Schwaben einige Restaurants, Sportangebote und eine Bar zu bieten. 5 min mit dem Rad entfernt ist eine Kletter- und Boulderhalle.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man in 5 Minuten ins Grüne spazieren.

Dein Mitbewohner ist 29 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Er ist ein offener, interessierter Mensch, kocht gern und ist für einen Kaffee oder Drink fast immer zu haben. Unter der Woche sind wir oft weg, aber gelegentlich ergibt sich ein gemeinsamer Kochabend, am Wochenende etwas öfter. Wenn es sich ausgeht hat er Lust auf gemeinsame Unternehmungen wie Wandern, Radfahren oder Feiern...
Es sind auch hin und wieder Freunde von uns da um gemeinsam zu Essen oder ein Bier zu trinken.
