Hello! I am subletting my room over Christmas holidays while I am away travelling.
The main room is generous 25 sqm, offering plenty of space to relax. There is also an additional room that can be used as an office. The apartment includes a shared bathroom, kitchen and a living room. While I'll keep my belongings in the wardrobes you'll have full access to all other areas and amenities in the apartment.
I'd greatly appreciate someone who can water my plants during their stay! Feel free to reach out for more details :)
The apartment is just a 10 minute walk to Marianeplatz. Many central attractions are easily reachable by foot or by bike. Public transport connections are excellent, with tram, U-Bahn and S-bahn stops just 5-10 minutes away.
