Das Zimmer ist das größte der WG mit eigenem ca. 6qm Balkon. Es wird möbiliert vermietet.
Die Stationen Max-Weber-Platz und Prinzregentenplatz sind beide nur ca. 5 min entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt am Klinikum und die Umgebung ist dementsprechend ruhig.
Die Mitbewohner sind beide berufstätig und studieren noch. Deshalb ist es tagüber meistens sehr ruhig. Abends, wenn alle wieder daheim sind, sitzen wir oft und gerne in der Küche zusammen. Privatsphäre wird aber auch großgeschrieben (sobald die Türen zu sind). Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es sehr entspannt abläuft bei uns in der WG :)
