Hello we have 3 floors with each 3 rooms, a common area and everything is full furnished. Also the kitchen in the basement is full furnised and connectet to a big table with a bench.
Every room has a big bed with a new matress, a working tabel and Work chair, a closet. All what a place need.

Its a quied and nice area with garden and around 15 min to the ostbahnhof.
The Garden is free to use. If you like to grow vegetables or just enjoy the sun :)
The next big street is 1 min walk away.
But its on the backside, so still quiet. No loud cars or trucks in front of the house. Very nice view

We like to interact and cook together but also some quit minutes are important
The rooms are for private time, and the common are for the group time.
Once a week a play evening with Karaoke or table games is a nice to have by the side of a self made meal together. But not a must have ;)
The bathroom is used by you and 2 other tenants on your floor. Bathroom and Kitchen get cleaned once a week by our cleaning plan.

The house get completely renovated and is finish at sep. maybe 1 month earlier. But the officiale contract will start at september. There is also a privat Garage witch you could use as a parking place or work area.

The Internet is amazing with 1.000 MBit/s maximal Download and Upload 50,0 MBit/s maximal
