I'm looking for someone for this nice room in Munich Bogenhausen, great location (8min to the Main Train station, 15min to English Garten) . The room will be empty and you could decide if you want to take over the furniture from the former roommate.

Bogenhausen is one of the “Wealthy” area in Munich, surrounded with all the big family houses worth millions lol, also there are many consulates(Austria, British, Québec, Poland, Romania, Irland, Spain....) maybe one of them is where you from ;-)
The other side of the street is the Subway (U-Bahn) Station "Richard-Strauss-Straße" and "Böhmerwaldplatz", you only need 2 min to walk. From there it takes you only 10 minutes ride to Hauptbahnhof and city centre.
S-Bahn is Leuchtenbergring, also 10 minutes walk away.
Also 15 minutes walk to Englischgarten and 5 Minutes walk to another park.
The Shopping center "Bogenhause Forum" is right across the street and you can find restaurants and coffees there and also Aldi, EDEKA, Rossmann.....
Derjenige mit dem du die Wohnung teilen würdest wäre ich, Yeung (32) aus Hongkong. Ich bin seit fast 11 Jahren in Deutschland und bin ein offener Zeitgenosse mit dem man nach Feierabend gerne auch Mal eine Runde ins Gym oder was trinken und Kino gehen kann,
Ich lass mich aber auch von anderen Aktivitäten überzeugen. Außerdem koche ich gern.
Was mir bei meinem neuen Mitbewohner wichtig ist:
- Offenheit
- gesunder Sinn für Humor
- am besten schon Berufstätig und >24 Jahre
- kann eine Spülmaschine bedienen
