Derzeit leben 6 Personen im Haus, darunter 5 Austauschstudenten aus Frankreich. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie gemeinsames Kochen und Spieleabende gehören bei uns zum Alltag. Natürlich hat jeder sein eigenes privates Rückzugsgebiet zum Ausruhen. Kommen Sie zu unserem gemütlichen, multikulturellen Zuhause an einem praktischen Standort mit guter Anbindung an die U-Bahn und örtliche Geschäfte!

There are currently 6 people living in the house, including 5 exchange students from France. We enjoy shared activities such as cooking together and game nights. Of course, everyone has their own private retreat for relaxation when needed. Join our cozy, multicultural home in a convenient location with easy access to the subway and local shops!

Das Zimmer ist ab Juli verfügbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit eines Mietvertrags für einen Zeitraum von 1 bis 5 Jahren, nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter und den zukünftigen Bewohnern des Hauses ab August.
