Hello! I’m ending my erasmus earlier than expected so I’m looking for someone to take my room. You will have a contract, you can rent just for the month of march, or from march to september with the possibility to extend more!

INFORMATION ON THE HOUSE
It is a 25 square meter room with private axcess to the balcony, a 140x200 bed, a big couch, a table to study, a hanger for clothes and A LOT of drowers. You will also have a 75‘’ screen television. This room is just for you :).
You will share the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine and a bath/shower, and then a multi level shelf where you can fit everything.
The kitchen has a functioning hoven and a dishwasher (life changing for me that I did’t have one in my previous apartment). The kitchen already has all the utensils (pans, pots, glasses, stoves, forks, knifes, also things to bake cakes, you don’t need to buy anything).
the house is at the last floor (6th) of a builing with an elevator.

POSITION OF THE HOUSE
The position is optimum: 1 min walk from the U-bahn, literally on top of it :). The stop is Frankfurter ring, you have the U2 red line that brings you in 10/13 mins at TUM MAIN CAMPUS (where I’m studying). You are also 10/13 minutes from LMU. Then there is the bus, you have the lines: 50, 177, 178, x35, x36. With this buses you go take the blu line and you are at TUM GARCHING CAMPUS.
You have a bank under the building, then an EDEKA, ALDI and LIDL all at 5 min walk, also a pharmacy.

ROOMMATES
I’m Bianca from Italy, I’m 21 and I’m leaving the house. My other roomates are Clara, 22 from Spain doing her master at Garching Campus and then Laurids, 26 doing an intership as his master thesis. We created a good enviroment, so we would like to keep it :). We are friendly and we like to have a chat in the evening. We are open to internationals.
