As it faces to the north it doesn't get hot in the summer.

Since I will be moving in with my girlfriend on the 15th February you can move in before 1st March but the rent for February is already paid. Your contract will start on the 1st March.

Looking for someone to take over the lease permanently, not a short sublet.

- Terofalstraße 53 is located in the district of Blumenau-Hadern
- shopping facilities (Norma, Edeka, Netto) and various retail stores are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes
- Fit Star gym close by.
- Großhadern U-Bahn (U6) is a 15 min walk.
- in front of the door is the bus stop "Terofalstraße" line 168 with connections to Pasing and Laimerplatz (U5). Also the 56 bus to Großhadern (U6) and Furstenried-West (U3). Buses every 10 mins.
- the apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator.

Three roommates are all men in their 20s. Masters students and PhD at LMU and TUM.

We all take turns cleaning the apartment every week, so once a month per person.
We share the costs of some common supplies on splitwise.

Everyone is friendly and gets along, but having your own space and privacy is no problem as well.

The apartment is equipped with the following household appliances:
