- shopping facilities (Norma, Edeka, Netto) and various retail stores are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes
- Fit Star gym close by.
- Großhadern U-Bahn (U6) is a 15 min walk.
- in front of the door is the bus stop "Terofalstraße" line 168 with connections to Pasing and Laimerplatz (U5). Also the 56 bus to Großhadern (U6) and Furstenried-West (U3). Buses every 10 mins.
- the apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator.
Three roommates are all men in their 20s. Masters students and PhD at LMU and TUM.
We all take turns cleaning the apartment every week, so once a month per person.
We share the costs of some common supplies on splitwise.
Everyone is friendly and gets along, but having your own space and privacy is no problem as well.
The apartment is equipped with the following household appliances:
