Hi, I'm subrenting my cozy room in Laim for the months of February and March (available until the 25th). If desired, a permanent extension of the contract might be possible at the end of the sub-renting period (eventually ask for more infos with a message).
The room is part of a 3 stories house, which hosts 8 friendly students and workers from all over the world. Although we can speak German at different levels, the language we use mainly in the house is english. We enjoy spending time together, especially in our kitchen and garden, but we keep the house a quiet, clean and respectful environment, where everyone's needs are met.
The room is 17m2, it features a private balcony with table and chairs and is furnished with:
- A king-size bed (220x200)
- A desk
- Two chairs
- A wardrobe
- Some shelves.
The monthly rent is 700€ (warm) and includes the following items:
GEZ, internet, electricity, water and heating.
So you won't have additional cost for the house.
A deposit of 1050€ (1.5x the monthly rent) will be needed.
The shared areas consist in 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry with washing machine and several racks for hanging clothes, an attic for storage and a beatiful garden.
The house is at a 5 minutes walk from Friedenheimerstr. U-Bahn station, that will take you in the city center in 15 minutes.
