Das ca. 15-16 qm große Zimmer wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert vermietet. Gerne können einige Möbel abgelöst werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Lift und wurde erst dieses Jahr renoviert (ohne das Bad).
Die U3/U6 „Poccistraße“ ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß auch gut erreichbar. Das gesamte Gebiet ist nur Bewohnerparken. Einen Ausweis kann man für 30€ pro Jahr kaufen :)
Die WG besteht aus 3 super lieben Mädels. Marie und Federica studieren beide und Ina macht bis Ende Januar ein Praktikum in München :)
Da die Küche selber eingebaut werden musste, hat jeder einen Teil der Küche gezahlt. Solltest du wieder ausziehen, muss der Nachmieter wieder die Küche ablösen :)
