Hello, dear people of Munich and those who wish to become one,
We are a 3-person WG and are looking for a working person between 28 and 40 years old.
The available room is on the 6th floor, above the rooftops of Munich. Access is via the stairwell, and the main flat is one floor below. It may sound a bit unusual, but it’s actually quite nice. The room has its own small toilet with a sink. It's fully equipped with a large TV, a bed, and a desk.
The main flat is on the fifth floor and has all the amenities you could wish for: two balconies, an Isar view, a big living room, etc. (Okay, the bathroom is a bit small, but still worth it for everything else.)
Located directly at the Isar, near Frauenhoferstraße, close to the big church.
You will be living with me, David, 35, and working for a company in the energy sector. I enjoy being outside, having friends over for dinner, dancing, and staying fit. The other person is still to be found.
For our shared living space, the following are important:
Tidiness and cleanliness (having a sense of ownership regarding the common spaces and being mindful of your impact on them)
Respect
Giving each other enough space (for example, not occupying the living room all the time)
An active lifestyle (though this is not a must; of course, you can relax in your room as much as you want)
Being somewhat social
Having experience in shared living (WG experience)
The room is available for sublet temporarily until December. After that, there may be a chance for a permanent contract.
