Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein 19 qm großes Altbau Zimmer mit Stuck und einem kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und großes Sofa sind vorhanden.
Ein großer Fernseher mit TV Anschluss hängt an der Wand.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nur eine Gehminute von der Ubahn Haltestelle Goetheplatz (U6/U3) entfernt. Zur Isar sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Tengelmann, REWE etc. sind direkt um die Ecke.
In der WG wohnen zu der Zeit zwei weitere Zwischenmieter (beide Mitte 20 :D)
Tobi macht ein Praktikum im Finanzwesen und geht gerne Surfen auf der Eisbachwelle.
Cristof macht ein Praktikum bei einer Unternehmensberatung.
Es wird gerne gemeinsam gekocht und abends auch mal das ein oder andere Bier getrunken :). Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind wichtig. Damit sich jeder wohlfühlt, wäre jeder alle drei Woche dran Küche und Bad zu putzen.
Ggf. ist es auch möglich ein paar Wochen länger im Zimmer zu bleiben.
Im Hinterhof kann man gut und sicher Fahrräder abstellen.
