Hello Leute,

I have a free room in my apartment in Giesing (Untersbergstr)

The flat has one sleeping room and one living room. As well as a nice kitchen and a bathroom.
I travel a lot these months and i would rent the sleeping room to someone nice in need.

You would be most of the time alone in the apartment.
When i'am at home i stay in the living room where i also do my work on the PC desk.

The sleeping room includes everything necessary you need for a comfortable living:
A bed, closet (hanging and shelves), lamps, linen, decoration, heater, window to the main street.
A new premium bed (Boxspringbett) will be delievered for the room late September/start October.
You can decorate the room and change everything as you want.
For now it's ready for you to just move in with your suitcase.

No KVR Registration for short Period.

There is a possibility for a longer period.

The flat is located in the Perlacherstr.

Subway station "Untersbergstr" (U2) is about 3 minutes walking from the flat. From there it only takes 7 Mins to the City Center (Hauptbahnhof).

There is also a Night Bus N41 that drives you home during the whole night.

Giesing U/S-bahn Station is about 10 Minutes of walking.

Silberhornstr U2 is about 13 minutes of walking

Very well located. Everything you need is in the nearby.

I'am an easy-going and uncomplicated artist. I like the apartment to be clean and cosy.
There is already everything we need for cooking.
I like to talk and exchange knowledge and stories but i also like to keep quite and mind my own business =)
