Kleines zimmer mit allem was man braucht.
Möbel wie Fernseher, Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank bleiben drin und werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Sommer eine angenehme Temperatur und im Winter schön warm. Da die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist, sieht man vom Fenster aus direkt auf die Bäume.
8 Geh Minuten vom Giesinger Bahnhof entfernt. Bus, U Bahn, S Bahn und Tram in der Nähe :)
Mehrere Lebensmittel Läden die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Außerdem ein kleiner Park der innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist und eine recht ruhige Straße.

Ich lebe hier mit meinem Hund also musst du damit auf jeden Fall klarkommen :) ich würde mich freuen wenn wir zwischendurch was zusammen unternehmen und nicht nur eine Zweck wg sind - Privatsphäre ist natürlich trotzdem wichtig.
