Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß und ist vollmöbeliert mit Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regal. Zudem befindet sich das Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hauses, weswegen es so gut wie keinen Straßenlärm im Zimmer gibt. Desweiteren hat die Wohnung eine schöne vollausgestattete Küche, ein großes Bad und ein separates Klo.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S2 entfernt und hat eine Apotheke, Edeka, Penny, sowie einen sehr guten Biergarten, welche in unter 5 Gehminuten erreichbar sind.
Die anderen WG-Mitbewohner sind wirklich alle sehr nett und es besteht eine sehr freundliche und offene Atmosphäre in der WG. Jeder hilft sich untereinander und man verbringt auch oft Zeit miteinander und trinkt auch abends gemütlich etwas zusammen oder geht zusammen in den englischen Garten.
