A second room in my apartment is now available. Located in a quiet, green area, the apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen-living area, and a balcony. It includes a car and bike parking space, as well as a basement compartment. The apartment is fully furnished, as shown in the pictures.

Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka) are within 7 minutes on foot, and Pasinger Arcaden is a 7-minute bike ride away. Marienplatz is reachable in 25 minutes by public transport.

If you’re staying at least 6 months, message me on this platform. The room is available from October 1st.

Ein zweites Zimmer in meiner Wohnung ist jetzt verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, grünen Gegend, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, einen Küchen-Wohnbereich und einen Balkon. Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrrad sowie ein Kellerabteil sind inklusive. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.

The Pasing S-Bahn station and the Pasinger Arcaden can be reached in about 7 minutes by bike. Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, etc. can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. It will take around 25 minutes to get to the Marienplatz via S-Bahn.
