A nice, comfortable room in a 6-woman shared apartment available from April 10, 2025. The room is equipped with a bed including mattress, table, chair and a wardrobe. The kitchen has a stove with oven, refrigerator, cutlery and individual storage compartments. A washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner is available in the bathroom. The apartment also has a fast and reliable internet connection.
There is a bus stop at a distance of 3 mins from the apartment. Bus 197 takes about 5 mins to the nearest U5 Neuperlach Zentrum. The PEP Einkaufzentrum is 10 mins by foot. Edeka, Penny, Woolworth, Apotheke are just 5 mins away from the apartment.
We are 6 international women staying in the apartment. Everyone has their own room. There is a cleaning schedule every week to clean the common areas, hence you should have a sense of cleanliness.
The apartment is on the 8th floor and an elevator is available in the building. Move out date is flexible qnd can be extended up to end of September. It might be possible to register as a sublet after discussion with the landlord. If you are interested please send a message introducing yourselves.
