Ich mache im kommenden Sommersemester ein Auslandssemester und dementsprechend wäre zu der Zeit mein Zimmer frei für eine Ferienvermietung. Der Zeitraum wäre Anfang März 2025 bis Ende Juni 2025.
Es handelt sich um ein privates Studentenwohnheim am Kaiserplatz, nahe der Münchner Freiheit. Die Mitbewohner sind sehr international und wir legen Wert auf ein aktives Wohnheimsleben und einen pfleglichen Umgang mit Gemeinschaftsräumen und -Sachen. Das Wohnheim wurde letztes Jahr frisch renoviert, dementsprechend ist fast alles in einem Top-Zustand und sieht recht modern aus. Die Ferienvermieting würde 500€ monatlich kosten plus Strom. Wenn du Lust hast, ein aktives Leben in einem Studentenwohnheim zu verbringen, schreib mir gerne! :)
Traumlage in Schwabing direkt bei der Kirche am Kaiserplatz. Ubahn in ca. 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar
