Hello! I'm looking for a new tenant for my wonderful room. The room features a terrace overlooking a little park, with tall trees, birds and squirrels - perfect if you like nature and quiet. The shared area includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave...), two toilets, and one bathroom (with a washing machine). The room comes furnished with all the essentials (bed, table, bedside table, dresser, mirror).
Our 4-person WG is a young, mixed-gender one, and the landlord prefers a female student/worker between 22 and 27 years old to move in.
